Greetings my friends!
I have some good news and even better news, so let me share the good first. I have received most of my paperbacks that were available as add ons, so once I get the other pack I will be sending out the biggest rewards. I have a few backers that ordered most of my backlist so these biggest orders will be going separately.
The illustrations are coming together nicely, but I’m still waiting for several more designs before I can put out the Special Edition Illustrated Hardback for Witch's Rose. I ordered all the small items, too, such as swag and enamel pins, so everything should be here by the end of this month. I am also doing some re-writes and edits to Witch's Whsipers and I hope to be able to start shipping all the physical rewards by the end of September at the latest. If I can get the Special Edition Hardback done sooner, then I can get your stuff delivered before then.
So far, nothing is truly delayed, so that's a good thing, but I am planning to update you regularly on everything that is going on with these amazing books.
Now I have even better news. I am launching a D&D Adventure that is linked to my books. I was a little apprehensive at first, but now after I designed the page and had some of the graphics done, I am super excited and super nervous. Here is the link, so please follow it. Hello
I just wanted to let you know what is happening in Joanna's world. At the moment, my artist created five images and I am waiting for five more illustrations, so we can start putting together the Special Illustrated Hardback for The Witch's Rose.
This is the only thing that is delaying the production and I have promised there will be 10 illustrations in total. I am just about to order all the books I need to send out, along with other orders. My editor is currently working on Witch’s Whispers and she is getting close to have everything finished very soon. Then, she will send the book to me so I can work on any necessary re-writes or character arcs.
The map should be ready shortly, along with chapter headings.
I recently finished writing a mafia romance under the pen name, so I am aiming to start re-writing the prequel to the Witch’s Rose. My kids are off school for another 5 weeks, so my time will be limited but I am hoping to re-write the book during that time, tone down the steam, and focus more on the plot.
I also had to cancel the other campaign for Consumed that I was running with my co-author. We couldn’t really dedicate the time to focus on that campaign, so we made a mutual decision to postpone it to later on in the year.
I have another campaign in works that I mentioned in my last update. Unexpected Engagement inspired by Baba Yaga (5e) is coming to Kickstarter on the 15th of August. If you love playing Dungeons and Dragons and enjoy fantasy books then you will be thrilled to see what I have created in this one shot adventure.

I have been slowly receiving illustrations for The Witch's Rose Special Edition Hardback and I wanted to show you at least one.
I was hoping that all the art work would be ready by now, but things are moving slower than I anticipated. I am still aiming to fulfil all the physical orders by end of August.
Here is one of the most recent illustrations that I absolutely adore. The designer has done a great job -- what do you guys think?
I also finished writing another book under my pen name and now I am hoping to edit it before the kids break up from school. We all know that I probably won't get anything done during holidays. I and my co-author launched our other campaign for steamy contemporary romance. It's another special edition hardback that won't be available anywhere else and some of the rewards are fantastic! If you're a fan of edgy, spicy romance, you will love this limited edition hardback.

I'm also going to reveal a little secret: I'm working on a D&D campaign and the goal is to turn the Baba Yaga's Legacy Series into a role playing game. I am not sure when I will be running it -- probably October or November -- but I've already completed the first adventure set in the Kingdom of Opana. The trial playing session has already been run and I loved it.

The only book that is missing is Witch's Whispers because that is currently being edited.
I have released the first chapter of Witch's Whispers on Patreon. This chapter has been edited, but it's is not going to be the final version of the book yet. I know that some of the readers asked for early access and if you're interested, please check the link below. I'm planning to release one or two chapters a week until the release date in August.
